(CHOW), an organization dedicated to improving mental health and wellness within the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Long hours, late nights, financial pressures, and the fast pace of the industry often leave little room for self-care. Too many in this community struggle silently with stress, anxiety, depression, and burnout.
